It's not actually only as the website name implies anyone can use it.
You pay only one time for each of the services available,and are able to make as many changes as you wish for up to a year free of charge,once you create a free accont..You can then purchase extra years to continue to make changes,and the more years you purchase the cheaper it becomes.
Once you create an account your will is stored online,but you can also print it off as a physical copy,after you purchase it.The company also offers various other services such as key holders and power of attorney for yours and your loved ones peace of mind.
For us though we have just made a plain last will and testament.
It gives you a series of questions that you answer until you've completed it.
The only thing we found slightly misleading,is it states you can have it completed in 20 minutes,but in section 7,distribution of assets,it requires thought.The programme allows up to 20,000 letters and characters,and we personally used 12,000 of them.
It actually took us on and off almost a week,to get it how we wanted,we kept returning to it to make changes,until we finally purchased it,but as stated earlier you have up to a year to create it,once you create a free account.
We have absolutely no hesitation in awarding this company 5 stars,in fact if 10 were available,we would have happily given 10.
