We send by EMS from Thailand for our herbal products and other countries for our generic products.We use track&trace postage,for which a signature is required.Delivery times average 14 days.
If you wish your package sooner,please notify us of this using our contact form below before placing your order,
we can then arrange for it to be delivered in 3 days using DHL.
*Please note this service will incur an added charge.
We track and update you on the status of your package all the way.
You are also able to track your package yourself here by entering the tracking number that we supply to you.
*You the customer shall be responsible for any taxes or import duties that may be levied on our products by your own Governments customs/excise departments.
RETURNS
In the very unlikely event our product arrives damaged or a container has leaked slightly(herbal products only),please e-mail us within 7 days using our contact form below.
Please state the reason for return,then return your package to the address here in Thailand,that can be found within the literature contained in your package.
When returning packages,please supply us a tracking number.
Upon us receiving your tracking number,we will immediately send you a replacement at our expense.
*Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer,we shall bear the shipping cost for the replacement.
*We are unable to accept returns if more than 25% of the cream/lotion is missing.
